About The Position

Enveda reads nature's chemistry with AI - the platform is built on it, and it finds new medicines ~4x faster than the industry standard. We reached unicorn status on a $150M Series D, our first medicines are now in clinical trials with a deep pipeline right behind them, and we're backed by Sanofi, Lux Capital, and Baillie Gifford, with former Pfizer R&D chief Mikael Dolsten on the board. The role You'll be the strategic and operational copilot to an Asset Entrepreneur driving one of our molecules, and the connective tissue across a single-threaded asset team. Think of it as the COO of a single-asset biotech, and an Asset Entrepreneur in the making: judged on the speed and quality of the asset's decisions, not on how many meetings you run. It's a front-row seat to drug development: full exposure across clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, BD, and the boardroom at a fast-growing startup with a platform the industry doesn't have.

Requirements

Background in biotech/pharma program management, asset strategy, management consulting, or operations
Fluent with AI and digital tools - you see them as multipliers of judgment, not novelties
Strong synthesizer: you turn complexity across disciplines into clear, data-driven strategic options
Bias for action and excellent communication - gaps don't linger, and you can craft a compelling slide as easily as you can lead a decision-making discussion
At home in ambiguity, moving fluidly between vision and tactical execution
Emotionally intelligent, humble, and collaborative - you lead through influence, not control

Responsibilities

Distill scientific, clinical, regulatory, and operational inputs into clear insights and decisions for the C-suite
Own program execution end-to-end - removing blockers, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and keeping CRO partnerships and dashboards on track
Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Asset Entrepreneur: anticipate inflection points, model scenarios, and help determine when to accelerate, pivot, or pause
Bring rigor to every forum - Board updates, investor and BD discussions - with crisp slides, concise summaries, and decision-focused analyses
Partner with functional experts across clinical, translational, regulatory, and CMC to integrate science and execution seamlessly
Leverage AI and digital tools to organize complexity, accelerate workflows, and sharpen decision-making
Contribute to Enveda's institutional intelligence by documenting benchmarks, best practices, and learnings that make future programs faster and smarter
