About The Position

MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Program Specialist to assist the HR Lead for the PM EW&C. Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years related experience
  • Active DOD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels within the organization
  • Capacity to collaborate with colleagues, employees, managers, and leaders

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MIRARS database
  • Experience with ATAAPS
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform functions in Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Manpower Information Retrieval and Reporting System (MIRARS) database
  • Manage the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS)
  • Provide assistance to the HR Lead
  • Send out administrative emails to the workforce on various subjects.
  • Track FY mandatory training requirements and assist employees complete their mandatory training.
  • Perform HR in-processing/out-processing actions
  • Update monthly organization charts.
  • Assist with writing employee recognition awards and processing the associated forms.
  • Process personnel actions when required.
  • Update human resource spreadsheets as needed.
  • Provide assistance and expertise to the OPS Lead on the Risk Management Internal Control Program.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the OPS Lead and HR Lead as requested.
