The Scheduler / Planner plays a key role in supporting program execution at Ultra Maritime by creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules, assisting with work breakdown structures, and providing schedule analysis including variances, critical path, resource impacts, and what-if scenarios. Working with Program Managers, functional teams, and stakeholders, this role ensures schedule integrity, highlights risks and dependencies, and supports governance, customer reviews, and overall program performance. This position is best suited to a highly organized professional with strong MS Project experience and a background in defense, aerospace, or electronics product development. Nationality Requirements Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers. As a Program Scheduler, you will support the Program Management team within Ultra Maritime. You will work on Programs that include major projects ranging from complex to straightforward, and the results of your work will be a critical component of and deliverable for the affected Program.
