About The Position

At Diraq, the Program Scheduler acts as a central hub for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project timelines. The role helps ensure product launches, events, and operational deliverables are completed efficiently, with minimal waste and maximum impact. It supports product roadmap and facilities-build prioritization, data-driven schedule decisions, proposal efforts, and what-if scenarios while adapting to changing priorities and resource constraints. The Program Scheduler develops and maintains resource-loaded schedules and recurring-activity templates, coordinates with technical program managers, technical leads, portfolio analysts, and other contributors to establish task durations, dependencies, and milestones, and monitors progress to identify delays and resource bottlenecks. The role prepares stakeholder and leadership status reports, manages dependencies and critical-path activities, adjusts schedules for changes in scope, funding, or product direction, and supports risk management through risk burndowns and networking impacts to discrete activities. The position also works cross-functionally to resolve scheduling conflicts and align deliverables, maintains schedule-health metrics using industry best practices, mentors technical teams and leadership in work-scope decomposition and schedule development, and partners with the Portfolio Management Office to develop portfolio schedule standards, including health metrics, field usage, and WBS and OBS alignment.
