About The Position

A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program/Project Planner/Scrum Master to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position will focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery blockers, improving team collaboration, and helping engineering teams execute efficiently across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting software development or infrastructure engineering teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and facilitation skills.
US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US.
Must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance.
Verification of past employment, education and references is also required.
Must be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.

Nice To Haves

Experience with NAS facilities, systems, and equipment is highly desirable.
Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.
Agile metrics and reporting.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Gitlab or agile tools.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including: Daily standups, Sprint planning/reviews/demos, Retrospectives, Backlog refinement
Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Remove impediments and coordinate issue resolution across teams.
Help teams maintain healthy Agile practices and delivery discipline.
Support backlog management and prioritization activities.
Monitor team velocity, burn-down metrics, and sprint health.
Assist with release planning and cross-team coordination.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity.
