About The Position

The Program/Project Manager will drive projects and programs for Lam Research’s Bay Area Facilities Construction team, guiding work from initiation through delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with business requirements. The team works within Global Workplace Solutions, which develops and delivers facilities infrastructure for safe, efficient, and scalable operations, including complex construction and infrastructure projects and specialized harsh chemistry initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of related project management or program management experience.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
Analytical skills to interpret and use data for decision support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience.
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
Facilities experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead projects for the Bay Area Facilities Construction Team to solve complex business problems.
Build solutions that improve the team’s business processes and support critical business strategies.
Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights that support management decision-making.
Develop and deliver clear, concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
Ensure execution, manage risks, maintain adherence to project or program schedules, and support performance against business requirements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve processes.
Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
