About The Position

DCSL is establishing a dedicated warehouse in Martinsburg, West Virginia, to manage critical electrical and mechanical equipment for a major AI infrastructure client's data center construction. The Program PM, Inventory & Technology is a key member of the on-site team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the client's inventory and the integrity of the systems that track it, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Inventory Management System (IMS), the equipment digital twin, and the client-facing dashboard. This role is crucial for providing accurate and timely information about the inventory on hand, its location, and shipment status. It is a site-based role focused on operational excellence, where the Program PM owns the data and the client's perception of it, while the Warehouse Lead and external partners manage the physical handling of equipment. The role requires flexibility and collaboration with the site team, with potential for involvement in physical verification and support during peak times. As DCSL expands, this position offers opportunities to contribute to broader operations and support additional clients.
