•$75,000 - $85,000•Onsite

About The Position

DCSL is establishing a dedicated warehouse in Martinsburg, West Virginia, to manage critical electrical and mechanical equipment for a major AI infrastructure client's data center construction. This role is one of three key team members on-site, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the client's inventory and the integrity of the tracking systems, including the Warehouse Management System (WMS)/Inventory Management System (IMS), the equipment digital twin, and the client-facing dashboard. The Program PM, Inventory & Technology is crucial for providing clients with precise information about inventory status, location, and shipment details. This is an operational role focused on excellence, where the Program PM owns the data and the client's perception of it, while the Warehouse Lead and handling partners manage the physical logistics. Collaboration and flexibility are key, with potential for the Program PM to assist with physical inventory tasks as needed. As DCSL expands, this role offers opportunities to support broader operations and additional clients.

  • Ability to work on-site in Martinsburg, WV, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • Familiarity with bills of lading, freight documentation, and carrier coordination.
  • Experience supporting an enterprise or high-value client account.
  • Familiarity with dashboard platforms and data integration workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own inventory accuracy for the client's equipment, from receipt through storage to outbound shipment to the client's project site.
  • Set up and maintain the client's project in the WMS/IMS and the equipment digital twin, keeping every unit, location, and status current.
  • Lead receiving data capture with the Warehouse Lead, including joint receiving inspections, serial and tag verification, photos, and checks of loose parts and accessory kits against shipping documents.
  • Run a cycle count program and reconcile discrepancies quickly, documenting the cause and the fix.
  • Maintain the client's dashboard and reporting view so the client and DCSL leadership see accurate, timely information on inventory, inbound and outbound activity, and need-by dates, while protecting internal data.
  • Track the client's equipment schedule against need-by dates and flag risks to the Site Leader early.
  • Prepare and verify outbound documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and release paperwork, for shipments to the client's project site.
  • Coordinate data and documentation with the handling and rigging partner, carriers, and manufacturers so records match what physically moved.
  • Serve as the client's day-to-day contact for inventory and data questions, and support the Site Leader in client meetings and reporting.
  • Support billing accuracy by confirming storage, handling, and pass-through activity is recorded correctly for invoicing.
  • Help stand up the site at launch, including system setup, location labeling, and the reporting cadence with the client.
