About The Position
Accenture Flex is hiring a Program/Project Management Lead for fixed-duration, project-based work. The role manages the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes, including defining scope, monitoring deliverables, and communicating with stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. The lead is expected to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, take responsibility for team decisions, engage across multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and solve problems within and across teams. The position is onsite with the client four days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, New Jersey. The client also requires five days away per quarter. Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing or eliminating travel demands. Requirements
- At least 6 years of work experience demonstrating expert proficiency in Project Management.
- Associate degree or greater.
- Ability to work onsite with the client four days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, New Jersey.
- Meet the client requirement of five days away per quarter.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project management activities from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope with key stakeholders to establish objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project milestones and dependencies to maintain progress and alignment with goals.
- Support oversight of financial, contractual, and operational project commitments.
- Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and regular status reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the project plan.
- Manage overall program or project delivery to achieve business outcomes.
- Communicate across stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with and manage the team, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
