About The Position

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. You will define project scope, monitor deliverables, and communicate with multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. The role requires subject-matter expertise, collaboration and team leadership, accountability for team decisions, engagement across multiple teams, and contributions to key decisions. You will develop and execute project management activities from initiation through completion, manage milestones and dependencies, support oversight of financial, contractual, and operational commitments, monitor performance and quality, and identify and mitigate risks. The role is onsite with the client four days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, New Jersey, and also requires five days away per quarter under the client's mandate. Requirements

At least 6 years of work experience demonstrating expert proficiency in project management.
Associate degree or greater.
Work onsite with the client four days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, New Jersey.
Meet the client requirement of five days away per quarter.
