The role reports to the Director of Youth Programming and is based in Vermont, with remote or hybrid eligibility. The anticipated start date is November 30, 2026, and the salary range is $57,000–$65,500. The Program Officer manages funder relations and program implementation; designs, delivers, and evaluates youth and adult mentor curricula; coordinates with in-country teams, U.S. partners, and internal departments; supports participants and group leaders; responds to program incidents and risk-management needs; tracks budgets and financial documentation; and contributes to monitoring, evaluation, staff training, and organizational learning.
