About The Position

Plans, organizes, leads, and controls projects designed to improve department processes. Collects, analyzes, and produces financial and performance indicators and forecasts for department projects. Develops, ensures, and distributes project schedules, project financial/communication information, also provides input into design, testing, and implementation of projects. Offers direction and assistance to Program Management Analysts and prepares and presents reports and briefings to various organizations, including executive management and officers and directors. Renders timely decisions concerning project objectives, structure, and disputes, ensuring the completeness and compatibility of tasks, assignments, plans, and schedules of individuals and organizations, also ensures the communication of plans, progress, and status to all parties involved. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.
  • Six (6) years related experience in project/ program mgmt, product development, systems design/development or business/ financial planning & analysis.
  • Experience in planning major projects including development of project proposals, business cases, schedules and financial justification.
  • Experience in use of project management/planning software.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
