About The Position

Early Learning Connections is hiring a full-time, onsite Program Manager in Butler, Pennsylvania. The Program Manager develops, coordinates, and oversees program operations and activities in alignment with the Head Start Performance Standards, PA Early Learning Standards, STARS Standards, and PA Keys. The role ensures programs meet expectations set by the Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), leads a team in implementing best practices, and works to enhance educational outcomes and support young learners’ holistic development. The position also involves collaborating with community partners to strengthen early learning opportunities for children and families across Butler County. Early Learning Connections is a private, nonprofit United Way affiliate founded in 1973. Its mission is to provide high-quality early learning programs that foster a safe and positive culture through kindness and respect while meeting families’ comprehensive needs.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and oversee program operations and activities.
