About The Position

Early Learning Connections is hiring a full-time, onsite Program Manager in Butler, Pennsylvania. The role develops, coordinates, and oversees program operations and activities in alignment with the Head Start Performance Standards, PA Early Learning Standards, STARS Standards, and PA Keys. The Program Manager ensures programs meet Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL) expectations, leads a team in implementing best practices, and supports high-quality educational experiences and holistic development for children and families. The position also collaborates with community partners to strengthen early learning opportunities across Butler County.
