About The Position

This role leads multiple engineering operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives. As part of the team supporting our Financial Services organization, this position partners closely with stakeholders across Global Merchant Lending, Money Management, and Debit portfolios to drive execution of high-impact roadmap initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering, technical, and procurement activities, while proactively managing program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful outcomes. The project & program responsibilities are focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system from design to release for customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience
• a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting financial services, merchant lending, money management, or debit/card-based product portfolios
• Proven ability to manage programs within regulated financial or FinTech environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage program budgets and financials.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
