About The Position

American Heritage School is seeking a part-time Program Manager to support the Heritage Youth Choirs, a community choir organization serving over 400 singers in grades K–12 across campuses in American Fork and Salt Lake City. The mission of the Heritage Youth Choirs is to promote enduring faith in Jesus Christ and musical excellence in the lives of choir members and audiences. This position is considered a faith-forming role within American Heritage School. In addition to program administration and logistical coordination, program managers are expected to actively support, model, and teach principles consistent with the Mission and values of AHS and the teachings of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Director in executing the vision and mission of the Heritage Youth Choirs
  • Oversee logistics for rehearsals, performances, and events across both campuses
  • Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate program records
  • Coordinate and distribute electronic communications to students, parents, and faculty
  • Support planning and execution of concerts, tours, and special events
  • Accompany the Heritage Youth Chorus on its annual performance tour
  • Collaborate with directors, accompanists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth program operations
  • Carry out additional administrative and program-related tasks as assigned by the Program Director
