Program Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a Program Manager. This role involves managing multiple large projects and a portfolio of applications simultaneously, including operations and maintenance support for legacy on-premises systems while modernizing to cloud platforms. The Program Manager will implement and manage enterprise-scale cloud solutions and support multi-cloud and hybrid environments. This position requires extensive experience in managing similar contracts of significant complexity, program management, financial management, personnel supervision, subcontractor management, quality assurance, and configuration management. Experience in an Agile environment is also essential.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) managing multiple large projects and portfolio of applications simultaneously.
- Experience with operations and maintenance support for a portfolio of legacy on-premises systems while modernizing to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, Appian, and Cloud.gov (AWS).
- Experience implementing and managing of enterprise-scale cloud solutions and supporting multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
- Extensive experience and proven expertise in managing similar contracts of this type and complexity.
- Experience in program management, financial management, personnel supervision, subcontractor management, quality assurance metrics and techniques, and configuration management tools.
- Significant experience working in an Agile environment.
- Public Trust Eligible clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Nice To Haves
- Industry standard certifications preferred such as Microsoft Program Management Professional Certificate, Project Management Professional (PMP), Salesforce certifications.
