About The Position

RSC2, Inc. is seeking a Contract Program Manager to join their growing team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. RSC2 is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified HUBZone Professional Services company that provides breakthrough expertise, support services, and technologies to improve operations, programs, and systems. The Program Manager will support end-to-end radar system efforts throughout their lifecycle, from development and production through integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. This role requires on-site leadership, contract-level management, and mission-integrated program execution support.

Requirements

Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree or four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of ten (10) years experience as a Program Manager.
Experience providing program management support through the complete lifecycle of a complex system, preferably a radar.
Experience analyzing integrated program schedules, tracking and analyzing key execution metrics, and identifying and synchronizing cross-functional interdependencies.
Experience preparing detailed briefings, reports, and decision support materials for government leadership.
Experience managing and coordinating contractor personnel in support of contract execution.
Experience leading the contractor team to meet all program objectives and contractual requirements by providing comprehensive and effective support.
Serve as primary point of contact for all responsibilities related to contract execution.
