About The Position

The customer will t rus t you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the Air Power market you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with project management
  • Knowledge of enterprise program management, DoW Acqui sit ion lifecycle, risk management, quality assurance, program integration and finan cia l management
  • Ability to work in complex environments, build high-performing teams and lead interactions with senior offi cia ls
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP or PgMP Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading defense system projects
  • Knowledge of product design or strategic weapon system design
  • Ability to build a program team and instill organizational culture
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree prefer red ; Doctorate degree a plus
  • Advanced executive level certifications
