The Center for Development and Disability (CDD), established in 1990, is New Mexico's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities Education, Research and Service. These centers, authorized by the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act, build the capacities of states and communities to respond to the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The Family and Community Partnerships Division of the University of New Mexico’s Center for Development and Disability is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Mi Via consultation services. This position provides leadership and supervision to a team of consultants who deliver services statewide. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall oversight of the Mi Via program, including ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with state and program requirements, and effective support for individuals and families through connection to appropriate community resources. The position requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse communities and partners across New Mexico. The successful candidate must be able to manage shifting priorities, meet monthly reporting and documentation deadlines, and respond to programmatic and compliance-related needs. This position requires regular statewide travel.
