About The Position

Seeking Program Manager to facilitate triage, resolution, and reporting of emergent defects in key end-to-end testing environments. This role will also track medium and long-term environment stability improvements and fixes, coordinate across 20 scrum teams to drive meeting of shared standards and common deliverables, report on project progress, plans, and blockers, and partner with parallel orgs to define combined reporting strategy. The Program Manager coordinates projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. They will compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage project meetings, and identify and resolve technical problems. This role also identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables, and coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
