About The Position

This role requires a seasoned Program Manager to oversee large, complex technical, scientific, research, or information technology programs, with a strong emphasis on supporting Federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all aspects of program execution, including cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, and deliverables. This position involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with Federal stakeholders, and providing executive-level briefings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large, complex technical, scientific, research, or information technology programs.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting program or project management activities for a Federal agency.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams and subcontractors.
  • Experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risk, staffing, and deliverables across multiple projects or task areas.
  • Experience supporting Federal Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Federal Program Managers (FPMs), and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading executive-level briefings, governance meetings, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Strong technical leadership skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience supporting NIH, HHS, or other Federal research organizations.
  • Experience managing scientific, biomedical, research, or laboratory technology programs.
  • Experience supporting Agile and hybrid project management environments.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Information
