About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This is a long-term contract position located in San Antonio, TX. An Agile Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple Agile teams to deliver strategic business outcomes. This role ensures alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and execution teams while driving Agile best practices, program governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and team collaboration.
