About The Position

This role is responsible for coordinating project activities across teams, vendors, and business units to ensure alignment with program timelines and deliverables. The Program Manager will manage RAID logs, follow up on open items, and ensure risks are mitigated. They will develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status documentation using project management tools, and create/manage tracking documents, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. The role involves scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, notes, and action item tracking, as well as creating and distributing weekly/biweekly status reports. Additionally, the Program Manager will support project leads with administrative tasks, manage project communications, track deliverables against baselines, support change management processes, and identify/flag risks and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of program management, program coordination, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams in parallel.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) and Google Workspace collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project communications to stakeholders at varying levels; escalate blockers and risks proactively.
  • Track deliverables, acceptance criteria, and milestone completions against project baselines.
  • Support change management processes and documentation as directed.
  • Identify and flag risks, dependencies, and issues; recommend mitigation strategies.
