About The Position

QC Servion is seeking a Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center programs across the QC Ecosystem. The role coordinates ecosystem entities, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure commitments are executed, milestones are achieved, and issues are resolved before they affect delivery. It combines program planning, execution, and coordination, including oversight of active delivery and support for new opportunities as they move from proposal and planning through mobilization and kickoff. The Program Manager coordinates scope, deliverables, staffing plans, schedules, execution assumptions, and stakeholder engagement. The role maintains working schedules and program documentation, monitors performance, risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, drives issue resolution, and escalates challenges as appropriate. It also supports phase-gate reviews and readiness assessments, establishes governance and communication practices before execution, and provides accurate, timely, actionable reporting to stakeholders and leadership. The position is remote and may be performed virtually from anywhere in the United States. Travel may be up to 25% and may involve any or all 50 states.

  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, consultants, contractors, or delivery partners within a single program.
  • Strong understanding of program execution, schedule management, risk management, cross-functional coordination, and phase-gate and readiness processes.
  • Experience supporting programs from planning, proposal, pre-construction, or mobilization phases through execution and closeout.
  • Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information while continuing to drive decisions, accountability, and progress.
