About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Program Manager for its Female Recovery Home in Philadelphia. The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of an assigned DBHIDS- and SCA-funded Recovery House, ensuring compliance with DDAP licensing, NIAC audit standards, and organizational policies. Under the supervision of the Director, the Program Manager ensures resident services, documentation, safety protocols, and program operations are executed consistently and effectively. The Program Manager supervises recovery house staff, manages admissions and discharges, maintains accurate and compliant records, and ensures the site meets quality and audit requirements set by DBHIDS, DDAP, and the SCA. This role implements house-level procedures developed at the Director level and provides timely updates, documentation, and feedback to support overall program oversight.

Requirements

  • High School or GED required
  • Effective communication skills
  • 18 years old minimum required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in Residential or Drug and Alcohol treatment setting is preferred
