About The Position

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with more than 25 years of experience delivering innovative and reliable IT and engineering solutions to the Federal Government. BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services. The Program Manager oversees program execution, resources, schedules, deliverables, and contractor activities in support of USARCENT command and administrative requirements. This position coordinates closely with government stakeholders, monitors performance and milestones, identifies program risks and issues, and provides leadership with timely status updates and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of relevant program or project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing program execution, personnel, resources, schedules, performance, and deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating with government customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and provide clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or an equivalent program/project management certification.
  • Previous experience supporting the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, or USARCENT.
  • Experience managing federal contracts or government support programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall execution of program activities supporting USARCENT requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor program resources, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Oversee contractor personnel and ensure assigned activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Serve as a primary point of coordination between contractor personnel, government stakeholders, and program leadership.
  • Track program performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, established standards, and government expectations.
  • Identify program risks, issues, and potential performance concerns.
  • Develop and recommend corrective actions and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver program status reports, briefings, and recommendations to government and contractor leadership.
  • Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Coordinate administrative and operational requirements across program teams.
  • Promote effective communication, accountability, and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Maintain program documentation, action items, performance records, and other required reports.
