NS-USCG-Program Manager (PM)
About The Position
NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support data management operations by designing and maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, dashboards, and repositories to enable real-time program execution, document control, and rapid response to high-tempo data calls. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact to the COR/ACOR and Government customer leadership, overseeing execution across SharePoint, Admin, EVM, TSM, ILS, and COR support functions, and ensuring compliance with MSAM, DHS acquisition directives, and contract requirements. The Program Manager will also coordinate with shipbuilder and USCG stakeholders in the Mobile, AL shipyard environment, ensure readiness and support for various trials (dock, builder’s, acceptance, INSURV), manage surge staffing for TSM and trial support, and oversee IMS/EVM performance, risk identification, and mitigation. The role requires maintaining alignment across cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret clearance (Top Secret / SCI strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (technical or business field)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 4 years in program management role
- Experience supporting shipbuilding or major acquisition programs
- Knowledge of MSAM, FAR, DHS acquisition processes
- Ability to operate in active shipyard environment (PPE, mobility required)
Nice To Haves
- Prior USCG or DHS acquisition program experience
- Experience supporting ship trials or INSURV events
Responsibilities
