About The Position

CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join the team in Quantico, VA. The Program Manager will provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for all contract activities supporting the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Government, ensuring the successful execution of all tasks and the supervision of all contractor personnel. CommIT is a Certified Veteran-Owned Small Business (CVOSB) providing innovative technical engineering and data science services. Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense’s (DoD) GCSS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs’ (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.

Requirements

  • IAT Level III
  • Experience in program management overseeing cybersecurity and IT operations contracts for the Department of Defense.
  • Proven ability to manage personnel, subcontractors, and deliverables in a high-stakes environment.
  • Expertise in program management principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting, CDRLs, and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the MCCOG mission and the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN).
  • PMP certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel to satisfy the requirements of the Statement of Work.
  • Serve as the Government’s primary point-of-contact and provide technical supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel.
  • Develop and provide a Monthly Status Report (MSR) by the fifteenth of each month.
  • Prepare and deliver Meeting and Review Minutes for all specified meetings, up to and including the TS/SCI level.
  • Convene a monthly Technical Status Meeting with government stakeholders to review activities, establish priorities, and resolve problems.
  • Develop and annually update a comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP) detailing the management approach, SOPs, milestones, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Prepare and submit Trip Reports for all travel.
  • Develop and execute a Transition-Out Plan to ensure a smooth transition to an incoming contractor or government personnel with no disruption in service.
