About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager for their outpatient rehabilitation program. This role offers a unique opportunity to improve the lives of seniors in a lovely community setting, working with higher functioning residents. The Program Manager will be the "go to person" for customers, residents, and staff, balancing patient care with leadership responsibilities. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings, emphasizing work-life balance and flexibility.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Customer focused.
• Great at developing relationships.

• Have big goals for yourself.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
• Provide leadership and be the "go to person" on the team.
