About The Position

The Program Manager - Outpatient position offers a great work/life balance and flexibility of hours. This role is available for full-time, part-time, and consistent PRN opportunities. The setting is Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient within a lovely community, where you will work with higher functioning residents. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, great at developing relationships, and ambitious. As a Program Manager Outpatient, you will have the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the "go to person" on the team for the customer, resident, and staff. Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Treat patients while gaining leadership experience.
Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the best patient care.
