About The Position

The Program Manager - Outpatient position offers great work/life balance and flexibility of hours. This role is available for Full-time, Part-time & Consistent PRN Opportunities. The setting is Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, within a Lovely Community where you will work with higher functioning residents. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with No Weekends and No Evenings. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, great at developing relationships, and brimming with ambition. As a Program Manager Outpatient, you will have the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing your leadership skills as the “go to person” on the team for the customer, resident, and staff. Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
• Improve the lives of seniors.
• Develop leadership skills.
• Provide the best patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration.
