The Program Manager will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear program charters, scope, success metrics (OKRs), and value hypotheses. This role involves developing integrated plans (roadmaps, timelines, dependency maps, resource plans) for multi-team initiatives and facilitating prioritization with Product and Engineering. The Program Manager will own program schedules, track against milestones, manage the critical path, dependencies, and scope changes, and run various cadences such as stand-ups, scrum-of-scrums, release planning, risk reviews, and post-mortems. They will also drive release readiness with engineering, QA, security, and operations, and enforce change management. Additionally, the role includes identifying and maintaining a risk register, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, accessibility, and regulatory requirements, and maintaining program documentation. The Program Manager will partner with architects to validate solution designs, facilitate trade-off decisions, and align technical dependencies across services, platforms, and shared components. They will provide transparent status reporting, lead steering committees, and escalate blockers. Continuous improvement through delivery metrics, retrospectives, and process standardization is also a key aspect of this role.
