About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA for a long-term contract position. The role requires hands-on experience with AI/ML pipelines, GenAI frameworks, and RAG implementation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python and have a strong understanding of software quality engineering, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/ML pipelines, data preprocessing, model training, fine-tuning, and deployment (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Neo4j, Bedrock, etc.).
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG pipelines - Knowledge Management with vector databases, embedding, Graphs.
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering, optimization and fine-tuning.
• Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask, async programming, RESTful APIs).
• Familiarity with Graph databases (Neo4j) or agent-based architectures.
• Strong grounding in software quality engineering concepts and automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud (AWS) deployment.
• Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and solutioning skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Playwright/Selenium-based test automation frameworks.
• Prior experience in product development or innovation labs.

Responsibilities

• Architect and code in Python for scalable, reusable, and high-performing systems.
• Implement RAG pipelines, including knowledge management with vector databases, embedding, and graphs.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models, including preprocessing, training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Utilize GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, Neo4j, and Bedrock.
• Apply prompt engineering, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask, incorporating async programming.
• Ensure software quality through robust testing and automation frameworks.
• Manage CI/CD processes, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud deployments on AWS.
• Debug, optimize performance, and provide effective solutions for complex problems.
