About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting potential opportunity for a civilian Remote Program Manager at the U.S. Army Recruiting Division in Ft. Knox, TN. This position will allow conduct behavioral consults of Army applicants by performing a thorough psychological assessment for suitability and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing, staffing, overseeing and completing the same or similar in nature of work.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a contract manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Solid understanding of Marine Corps culture, VA systems, and non-medical case management principles.

- Deep familiarity with the military community
