About The Position

The Basics: As part of the broader organization, the Program Manager is responsible for owning and driving complex, cross-functional programs from definition through delivery. This role partners closely with the full Customer Experience team and the broader business to ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, well-governed, and executed with discipline. The Program Manager translates strategic objectives into actionable plans, aligns stakeholders around shared outcomes, manages risks and dependencies, and ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule, which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Addison, TX or Durham, NC.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient in using Salesforce, Gainsight (or other customer success platforms), customer engagement tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a collaborative team
  • Project management mindset and experienced with cross-functional collaboration
  • Tech savvy with strong data evaluation skills

Responsibilities

  • Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, milestones, and delivery plans
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional programs consisting of multiple workstreams
  • Establish and maintain program governance, cadence, and reporting
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes
  • Track progress and escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare and deliver program updates for leadership
  • Assist with various program tasks
  • Document program plans and processes in SharePoint, Planner or other PM tools

Benefits

  • The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $130,000.
