This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive materials and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities. Global Program Lead accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the multi‑year transformation of the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) books and records platform from GMI to CD‑BRM, with a strong emphasis on leadership, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence. Serves as the senior point of accountability across Operations and key partner with Technology, Business partners and vendor, demonstrating the ability to lead at scale while seamlessly transitioning between strategic program oversight and hands‑on delivery detail to sustain pace and momentum.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in large-scale Project Management with demonstrated application leading multi‑year Operations and Technology transformation programs within Financial Services, ideally across Global Markets with exposure to ETD and collateral domains.
  • Deep expertise in Global Markets operations, clearing, settlement, and books & records platforms, systems architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior executives, sponsors, and cross‑functional stakeholders within a complex, global matrix environment.
  • Proven program governance experience, including executive reporting, risk management, and delivery transparency at sponsor level forums.
  • Established financial acumen managing multi‑year program budgets, investment tracking, and delivery against business case outcomes.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and central coordination point across stakeholders.
  • Proven capability to define and execute strategic roadmaps, sequencing interdependent workstreams and managing critical path delivery.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and leading high‑performing, globally distributed teams in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ability to operate seamlessly between strategic oversight and detailed execution, maintaining momentum across multiple concurrent deliverables.
  • Strong vendor and third‑party management experience, driving accountability and alignment to program objectives.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent through proven experience.
  • Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent .
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and third‑party delivery accountability.
  • Excellent communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of clear executive communication, conflict resolution, and decision facilitation.
  • High resilience and execution mindset, comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments with regulatory and client impact.

Responsibilities

  • Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders
  • Works closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives
  • Monitors the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
  • Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks, and produces program reports for managers and stakeholders
  • Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to perform in alignment with the program objectives
  • Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution
  • Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and decisions on services, builds positive relationships, asks questions, and uses tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the multi‑year ETD GMI to CD‑BRM transformation, ensuring pace, quality, and execution discipline.
  • Serve as the senior Operations point of accountability, partnering with Technology, Business, and vendors to align stakeholders to a unified delivery vision.
  • Drive executive stakeholder engagement, influencing sponsors and senior leaders to enable timely decisions and sustained momentum.
  • Own and execute the strategic roadmap, sequencing interdependent workstreams to deliver against critical milestones and target outcomes.
  • Orchestrate program governance, including sponsor reporting, risk management, and transparent tracking of progress and outcomes.
  • Oversee program financials, ensuring disciplined budget management and alignment of investment to delivery objectives.
  • Build and lead high‑performing global teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and consistent execution excellence.
