About The Position

Paslin is looking for a Program Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to interact with the customer and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the automation industry. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of a program, including financial, quality, manpower, and project execution from initiation to closure. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the customer.

Requirements

5-7 years of program management in an automation environment
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance with an MBA preferred
Requires some out of town and overnight travel to customer site, 20-25%.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, presentation, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to read and understand basic financial statements including P&L, profit margin analysis and cost to complete analysis.
Familiarity with project management tools and systems (bonus if you’ve used AX!).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Represent Paslin as the main point of customer interaction.
Lead, coach, and inspire your project team to crush their goals.
Create clear project plans that include goals, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Coordinates critical information between customers, suppliers and internal resources.
Complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timeline.
Lead problem solving activities, addressing any on-site challenges, handles communication plans, risk management, and issue resolution.
Keep customers and the management team updated with regular project progress reports.
Set up and maintain systems (like AX) to make managing projects easier.
