About The Position

The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects within the platform team, ensuring alignment with project targets for timing, cost, and quality. This role involves coordinating team efforts, managing resources, updating project plans, and maintaining customer satisfaction through regular communication. The Program Manager will also monitor and manage project changes, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in program management.
• Ability to ensure project specifications are available.
• Skills in resource management (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX).
• Proficiency in project plan definition, updating, and optimization.
• Experience in cost elaboration for EFP preparation.
• Ability to monitor project progress against targets (timing, cost, quality).
• Skills in identifying action plans and escalations for variances.
• Experience in customer updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Ability to monitor and manage project changes, including feasibility analysis and cost estimation.
• Knowledge of company procedures (Stargate).

Responsibilities

• Promotes a sense of belonging in the platform team members and holds each member accountable for their responsibility area.
• Ensures availability of project specifications within the platform team.
• Guarantees visibility of requested resources (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) for current and future projects, targeting relevant optimization.
• Ensures the definition, updating, and progressive optimization of the project plan.
• Coordinates the Platform Team in elaborating all costs necessary to prepare the EFP.
• Monitors all progresses coherently with project targets (timing, cost, and quality), ensuring identification of action plans and/or escalations in case of variances.
• Regularly updates the customer concerning the project status, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Monitors the assessment and introduction of changes to the project (feasibility analysis, cost estimate, planning, and monitoring of implementation activities) before and after SOP.
• Ensures project compliance with the relevant Company procedure (Stargate).
