About The Position

AMIkids seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide supportive leadership and management for a team delivering quality services to young males in a residential setting. The role calls for leadership, organization, training, and effective communication. The Program Manager oversees program operations and administrative and human resource systems, supports staff performance and development, assists with recruitment, and collaborates with the Executive Director and agency stakeholders on contract compliance and student-related processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• At least one year of supervisory experience; two years preferred.
• At least one year of experience within an educational or youth service program, preferably working with troubled youth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all program operations in the absence of the Executive Director.
• Manage program administrative and human resource systems effectively and efficiently.
• Direct and coordinate performance management, including coaching and future performance development.
• Assist with recruiting Program Team Members, including conducting interviews, coordinating tours and pre-employment assessments, and supporting the hiring process.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and agency stakeholders on contract compliance, including student intake, discipline, transfer or release, and general reporting requirements.
