About The Position

AMIkids is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide supportive leadership and management for a residential program serving young males. The role oversees program operations and administrative and human resource systems, supports staff performance and development, assists with recruitment, and works with the Executive Director and agency stakeholders to meet contract-compliance requirements. The position contributes to AMIkids’ mission of helping young people and families make positive changes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
At least one year of supervisory experience; two years preferred.
At least one year of experience in an educational or youth service program.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all program operations in the absence of the Executive Director.
Manage program administrative and human resource systems effectively and efficiently.
Direct and coordinate performance management, including coaching and future performance development.
Assist with recruitment of Program Team Members, including conducting interviews, coordinating tours and pre-employment assessments, and supporting the hiring process.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and agency stakeholders on contract compliance, including student intake, discipline, transfer or release, and general reporting requirements.
