About The Position

The Program Manager will implement and maintain organizational programs in support of the Department of Defense. Working with program leadership, the role reviews contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning, using tools such as MS Project and regular interactions with subject matter experts, customers, and key stakeholders. The position uses careful analysis and effective communication to keep complex programs on track, help achieve program goals, and meet quality standards. The work supports a Defense customer’s programmatic goals and the quality of products for the Warfighter.

Requirements

Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance to meet programmatic requirements.
Experience monitoring and reporting program compliance and risk management.
Ability to assemble senior-level briefings and manage stakeholder communications.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading projects in a complex environment.
Knowledge of DoD acquisitions, processes, and policies.
Ability to execute risk management processes and develop recommendations based on findings.
Secret clearance.
Master's degree.
