About The Position

The Program Manager will implement and maintain organizational programs supporting the Department of Defense. The role works with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning, using tools such as MS Project and regular interactions with subject matter experts, customers, and key stakeholders. It applies project management, analysis, and communication to keep programs on track, achieve programmatic goals, and meet quality standards, supporting a Defense customer and improving the quality of products for the Warfighter.

Requirements

Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance to meet programmatic requirements.
Experience monitoring and reporting program compliance and risk management.
Ability to assemble senior-level briefings and manage stakeholder communications.
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading projects in a complex environment.
Knowledge of DoD acquisitions, processes, and policies.
Ability to execute risk management processes and develop recommendations based on findings.
