This position is responsible for the services and operations of New Journeys FEP (First Episode Psychosis) program under the direction of the Outpatient Services Lead Manager. Administratively, this position will ensure that the New Journeys FEP (First Episode Psychosis) program meets the administrative and financial expectations of the funding source by maintaining fidelity to the evidence-based treatment model and completing monthly reports and ensuring they are submitted within expected timelines governed by the funder. Clinically, this position oversees clinical and administrative staff working within the “Coordinated Specialty Care Model” and ensures that staff are trained and work to the limit of their credentials and to the full-scope of their job duties. The New Journeys FEP team works collaboratively with the client, and family or other significant persons, to provide state-of-the-art treatment for first episode psychosis. Team members work individually and collaboratively to instill hope in people recovering from a first episode of psychosis, helping them establish and work towards personally meaningful goals, and providing the best treatment available for their illness in order for them to get back their lives. This program serves Chelan, Douglas, Grant, and Okanogan Counties.
