New Journeys Program Manager
About The Position
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families navigating mental health challenges? We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate New Journeys Program Supervisor to lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees. In this key role, you’ll provide hands-on leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges. This is your opportunity to lead a meaningful program that changes lives, while also developing your skills in program management, staff leadership, and community collaboration. Our New Journeys program staff work directly with clients and their families to assess needs, connect with vital community resources, educate about psychosis, and teach vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving.
Requirements
- LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC, or licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT or Licensed Agency Associated Counselor (LAAC)
- Satisfactory results of fingerprinting and background checks
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and guide a dedicated team of up to 6 employees.
- Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support.
- Ensure a high standard of care for clients aged 15-40 facing psychosis and related challenges.
- Work directly with clients and their families to assess needs.
- Connect clients with vital community resources.
- Educate about psychosis.
- Teach vital skills for managing symptoms and improving communication and problem-solving.
