About The Position
Credence is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support AFLCMC/EN at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The Engineering Directorate (AFLCMC/EN-EZ) is responsible for providing preeminent engineering expertise to acquire and support war-winning capabilities for the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC). This role will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to augment the government's organic capabilities to meet current and projected workload requirements. AFLCMC/EN-EZ is headquartered at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) OH, with major units at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) FL, and Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB) MA, and other locations across the US. The Engineering Directorate is organized into several divisions.
Requirements
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or related field
- 10+ years of program management experience
- Experience supporting Air Force or defense acquisition organizations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead program planning and execution activities.
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, risks, and program deliverables.
- Develop executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings.
- Support strategic initiatives and portfolio management activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across multiple organizations.
- Monitor program performance and recommend process improvements.
- Support acquisition and operational planning efforts.
