About The Position

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee digital video production and multimedia support services for the U.S. Department of State. This role is responsible for leading program execution, managing budgets, supervising project personnel, coordinating with Government stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of contract requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience supporting complex government or commercial programs.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, multidisciplinary teams, and customer relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred for senior levels
• PMP certification preferred or required depending on experience level.
• Federal contracting experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience managing multimedia, communications, or digital media programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program planning, execution, and contract performance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and project deliverables.
• Supervise project personnel and provide daily leadership.
• Coordinate directly with Government leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation and monthly project reports.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, contractual, and federal standards.
