TeleSolv Consulting is seeking an experienced PMD Manager to support government program management operations, project governance, stakeholder coordination, performance monitoring, and analytical reporting. This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to one of the designated performance locations, including Washington, DC; Alexandria, VA; Ft. Worth, TX; Grand Prairie, TX; Denver, CO; Boulder, CO; Philadelphia, PA; or Chicago, IL. The PMD Manager plays a key role in supporting the Government’s mission by overseeing complex project and program management activities, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and project performance expectations are achieved. This role requires strong leadership, analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across program offices, senior leadership, regional personnel, and external stakeholders. This position supports a Government program management environment responsible for developing project plans, maintaining integrated schedules, monitoring risks and performance, supporting compliance with federal requirements, and preparing communications, reports, policies, and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
