The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Workforce Wellness program. This position ensures efficient execution of program activities to include outreach, health and wellness services, case management, physical fitness, nutrition planning, scheduling of behavioral health services, coordination of services with community service partners, budget management and direct supervision of program staff. The Program Manager is accountable for monitoring program performance, managing resources, and ensuring all contractual requirements, deliverables, and reporting obligations are completed accurately and within established program requirements and timelines. The Program Manager must possess a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by law enforcement personnel and their family members. This position requires knowledge of case management practices, behavioral health interventions, wellness programming, and continuous process improvement methods. Serving as the primary representative of the program, the Program Manager acts as a key liaison with stakeholders, promotes the capabilities and impact of the CBP Workforce Wellness Program, and fosters strategic partnerships that enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes for participants.
