About The Position

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is seeking a Program Manager to provide comprehensive analytical support services for the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Information Management Division's (IMD) Enterprise Vetting Center (EVC) Vetting Branch 1 (VB1). The PM is responsible for the overall performance and execution of the contract, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established requirements. They will also serve as the primary point of contact with the government and oversee the development of implementation of the project plan, ensuring alignment with the contract's objectives and government expectations. The PM will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, managing contract deliverables, and ensuring that quality standards are met across all areas of the project. This position is contingent upon successful contract award.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of three (5) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Professional skills in program management
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and services that operate utilizing these software packages.
  • Skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types.

Responsibilities

  • Provides research and threat analysis and production
  • Develops information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products in support of the requestor's information and technical support requirements.
  • Under certain circumstances, presents briefings to personnel designated by EVC leadership.
  • Responsible for the overall performance and execution of the contract, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with established requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the government.
  • Oversee the development of implementation of the project plan, ensuring alignment with the contract's objectives and government expectations.
  • Responsible for identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Managing contract deliverables.
  • Ensuring that quality standards are met across all areas of the project.
  • Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet the requirements and priorities as identified by EVC Leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with the COR and other EVC analysts to define and execute all reports and other deliverables.
